- the really dangerous part, maybe you have started letting in some of these very thoughts inside of your being.
- don't get bangry (bitter and angry)
- ask yourself, how can you get yourself back to your locus of control?
- if someone doesn't got your back. why you trying to hard to make that work. just let them go. gently
- take ownership
